Mi Vista accounts use your email address. On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password” to get a reset link, or ask for a new confirmation email if you never confirmed your address. Reset and confirmation links expire, so always use the newest email.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam and any filtered folders, then write to us and we'll look into it.

Add a reminder from the Add button, give it a date and, if you like, a repeat. You choose how each reminder reaches you — in the Mi Vista inbox, by email, and by text message if you've given consent and added a mobile number.

Delivery settings live in Settings → Reminder delivery. Text messages are optional; reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. In Settings → Calendar you can connect a Google account, choose the calendar to use, and turn each direction of sync on or off: sending Mi Vista reminders to Google, and bringing Google events into Mi Vista.

If sync stops, open Settings → Calendar and reconnect your Google account — this usually happens when access was removed in your Google account or the connection expired. You can also use “Sync now” to run a pass immediately. Disconnecting stops all future access; anything already imported stays in Mi Vista until you delete it.

If you subscribed through the Mi Vista website, you can view your plan in Settings → Plan & billing, where you can also open the billing page to update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.

You can delete your Mi Vista account from inside the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your reminders and the information you entered in Mi Vista, and ends any Google Calendar connection.

If you can't sign in to do this, email support@themivista.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
