Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a Mi Vista account. By using Mi Vista you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Mi Vista is a reminder assistant. It helps you keep track of dates and obligations you enter, but it does not perform those obligations for you. You remain responsible for paying bills, attending appointments, renewing documents, taking medication and meeting deadlines. Mi Vista is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or tax advice.

Do not use Mi Vista to break the law, to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to infringe someone else’s rights, to store content you have no right to store, or to interfere with, probe or overload the service or its infrastructure. Do not attempt to access other users’ data.

You may optionally opt in to receive automated transactional reminder text messages from Mi Vista at the mobile number you provide. Opting in is entirely optional.

• Messages may include reminders for bills, appointments, renewals, birthdays, deadlines, medication refills, family activities, travel documents and other reminders you create or enable.
• Message frequency varies based on the reminders you create or enable.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of using Mi Vista.
• You can also disable text reminders at any time in Settings → Reminder delivery.
• Transactional reminder SMS is not used for marketing unless we obtain separate consent from you for that purpose.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle mobile numbers and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Mi Vista is currently offered in early access. If and when paid plans are introduced, the applicable prices, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you are charged, and no charge will be made without your agreement.

Mi Vista is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. The service is in active development and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be temporarily unavailable. Reminder delivery depends on systems outside our control, including email providers, mobile carriers and internet connectivity, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time.

Mi Vista relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, email delivery, SMS delivery and AI features. Your use of Mi Vista may be subject to those providers’ operational limits. We share information with them only as needed to run the service.

Mi Vista, including its software, design, branding and content, belongs to Mi Vista LLC and its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Mi Vista is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not claim any security certification, audit or regulatory compliance that we have not actually completed.

To the extent permitted by law, Mi Vista LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed payments, appointments, deadlines or other consequences of a reminder that was not delivered, delivered late, or entered incorrectly. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

You may stop using Mi Vista and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Mi Vista after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mi Vista LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
